Through our Outreach efforts, PSP customer service representatives provide information to assist customers to determine the most appropriate plan for their needs and financial status. Because of our specialized training working with Medicare-eligible populations, as well as our in-depth knowledge of the legislation, we are able to connect with customers and establish a level of trust that is reflected in our high enrollment conversion rates.
