Third Party Administration Services

Public health agencies and private organizations turn to Public Sector Partners for experienced, innovative support for their benefit administration programs. We partner with clients to provide third party administrative solutions that fit their particular need, whether it’s a prescription drug benefit plan or other health care and pharmacy programs.  From eligibility determination to benefit coordination, our focus is ensuring the best possible service for each client and their members.

Since 2001, Public Sector Partners has administered the Massachusetts State Pharmacy Assistance Program, Prescription Advantage, on behalf of the Executive Office of Elder Affairs. For this program, we provide eligibility and enrollment, member appeals, and call center services for Prescription Advantage members in addition to benefit coordination with Medicare Prescription Drug Plans.
